I am in fact the natural person and I am submitting this complaint myself. There is no third party involved. On XX/XX/2021, my husband was served documents by the county sheriff 's office. In reviewing the documents, I found that the paperwork was served on behalf of Midland Credit Management Inc. for BREACH OF CONTRACT. The exhibits provided by the company used false and deceptive means as well as forms to represent that I the consumer owed a debt to their debt collection agency when in fact I have not received any goods or services from Midland Credit Management Inc. Their company failed to express any contractual obligation I have to pay their company anything. On XX/XX/2021, a magistrate ruled against Midland Credit Management Inc in my favor. This complaint is being filed as a means of redress for violations of my rights by this debt collection agency.
