XXXX21 Navient or someone they hired called my girlfriend 's parents. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Both of them and provided information enough for them to know it was an attempt to collect a debt on behalf of Navient. I am not sure why they call random people when I have confirmed my number and address multiple times. I have made offers how to settle the debt, but the company says they do not have the authority. I quit taking their calls.
