I applied to refinance my house and my credit scores which normally are in the XXXX 's were XXXX due to an XXXXC fraudulent account with a charge off of {$2200.00} being listed on my credit report. I called XXXX fraud department and spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/2021. XXXX stated that she put remarks in the charged off account but could not give me a report number since she could not access the application because it had been charged off. XXXX told me I would have to file reports with each of the credit bureaus to have the account removed from my credit report. I did file disputes with each of the credit bureaus. I received a report back from XXXX stating they had concluded investigation and they could not remove it from my report that I would have to file a report with cfpb due to it being a case of fraud. Also, there is a fraudulent address in XXXX on my credit report that I never lived at and that is the address that was being used for the XXXX account XXXX
