I am the consumer and the natural person making these claims on behalf of myself. I, the consumer, sent the reporting agency ( Equifax ) a fax containing my FTC reports on XXXX. I called the reporting agency on XXXX to confirm that theyve received my faxed documents which contained all three ( 3 ) of my FTC reports. During my call with the reporting agency, I spoke to XXXX ( supervisor in the fraud department ) and he provided his employee ID # : XXXX. XXXX confirmed that my faxed documents containing all three ( 3 ) of my FTC reports were received on XXXX. XXXX also informed me that the reporting agency deemed my FTC reports invalid. I asked why were my FTC reports deemed invalid. His response was, because there are more than XXXX ( XXXX ) accounts being reporting on my FTC report. I then, notified XXXX that those findings are incorrect, because all three ( 3 ) of my FTC reports have XXXX accounts or fewer on each of them as I described below : FTC Report Number : XXXX ( XXXX pages ), have XXXX ( XXXX ) accounts on it : XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account, and XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX SERVICES accounts. FTC Report Number : XXXX ( XXXX pages ), have XXXX ( XXXX ) accounts on it : XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX FUNDING accounts, and XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts. and finally, FTC Report Number : XXXX ( XXXX pages ), have XXXX ( XXXX ) accounts on it : XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX account, XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX account, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account, and XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX account. XXXX ignored what I was telling him and chose not to investigate the problem any further. I do not agree with the reporting agency decision/ findings as it is deemed inaccurate.
