This account is not mine. I have called them numerous times to demand validation of the said account and get it closed because I do not want to mess up my credit, but they give me the runaround every time and have never received any validation. I have disputed this but had no resolutions. I was defrauded and scammed. The account was not to be opened and not to be reported. I have requested numerous times for the account to be closed. They specifically failed to validate a debt as I requested, which is a Fair Credit Billing Act violation. I am seeking a reasonable resolution to this situation. Their lack of response for mutual negotiation or the validation of this account, has not been completed. This account is to be updated as disputed or to be deleted from the credit reporting agencies due to the damage to my character during this account dispute. The company has willfully neglected my requests and have caused continual damage to my finances. They violated the Fair Credit Billing Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act for the purpose of causing harm. The mental and physical health is under attack by the stress of this companies ' actions. They harass me and my family by threatening statements and constant calls. This is a scam & I was defrauded, I demand this to be thoroughly investigated promptly. This willful neglect has not only caused much financial hardship, but is a direct violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This inaccurate account is being reported in my credit records and is hurting my financial stability.
