I was in Forbearance with my lender My Mortgage was sold in to another lender they didnt continue with my forbearance agreement and decided I had to pay all the payments in forbearance And places me in Foreclosure. I hired a company to defend me and the mortgage company sent me a re financial proposal at 5.5 % 25 years would with many predatory clauses. Im including the document I would like to refinance my mortgage with with reasonable terms. Thank you for helping me in this situation
