I have sent Transunion XXXX separate certified letters on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 that were signed for and received on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 ( and I have proof ) regarding the negative and incorrect reporting of a {$2400.00} charge off on my credit report regarding an account from XXXX XXXX. In my second dispute letter I let them know they failed to comply with the law and they must now remove the item from my credit report, yet it is still being reported. They have failed to respond both times within XXXX days and failed to provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account, bearing my signature which is a violation of federal law. Therefor they were supposed to immediately delete that information off my credit report. I clearly also stated I did not consent to XXXX or any other automated means of verification. Attached you will find proof of both of my letters sent via certified mail and proof of being signed for via certified mail receipt.
