Consumer Narrative
As soon as the Illinois XXXX lifted his Moratorium that halted evictions, Wilmington Savings Fund Society , XXXX ( working in concert with XXXX and its related entities ) through their agents caused XXXX XXXX Sheriffs to pay an unwarranted visit on my house XX/XX/XXXX in pursuit of void, purported foreclosure debt or fraudulently obtained orders. The interests of the perpetrators spring from unauthorized foreclosures that they conducted in every jurisdiction. The US Government already sued XXXX and its related entities ( XXXX ) for the underlying foreclosures that they conducted in fraud and was awarded {$470.00} XXXX in a settlement. But the perpetrators, with the help of an intermeddling company -- Wilmington, some kind of transfer agent, are actively pursuing the underlying unauthorized foreclosure " debt '' by presenting more false and fictitious documents ( including false certifications, affidavits, etc. ) to courts, the Sheriff 's Office, land recording systems, and local governments. They've hit me with a succession of false and frivolous eviction suits ( related to the illegal foreclosure ) filed in an inappropriate municipal district of court under seal XXXX! Caused a false quitclaim deed to be recorded against my property XX/XX/XXXX in anticipation of Wilmington vexing me with further litigation, and have also caused my property to be falsely listed for sale XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX # XXXX ). The perpetrators have not, and can not produce the prerequisite proofs to show that they had complied with the XXXX when litigating their claims or to show that they have a legally valid right to sell or take over my property. They rest on fraudulently obtained orders that are the result of their own violations of the federal False Claims Act and state consumer fraud law ( See XXXX 's Press Release # 16-148 for 02/05/2016 ). Their actions are intimidating, coercive and ongoing, violating federal Fair Housing Law ( 42 USC Section 3617 ), and should be stopped. They are pretending to have an interest in my property when they do not, and are abusing civil process and the court system to pursue their false claims. Property tax records pursuant to the Public Act found at 55 ILCS 5/3-5010.5 ( e ) corroborate the fact that I am the rightful owner of the subject matter property.
