The account transferred from Simple to PNB Bank with an account balance of {$0.00} On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I received a collection notice for {$32.00} for monthly fees that Simple didn't charge. I tried calling the number on the letter which said the system did recognize the number and disconnected the call.
