I am trying to get credit from a bank and they can not get the Experian report without approval but they don't provide a phone or any way to establish that approval. The bank noted that this lock was on for a year and was supposed to expire last month, XXXX, 2021. I am not familiar with the lock feature but I believe it is the paid XXXX feature. But I am not a paid subscriber to Experian. I go onto my online account and there are no alerts and no freeze on my Experian account. I have been calling their various phone numbers and they all lead to a message system that directs you to the web site. When asking for an agent the system says there are no specialists available day after day over the last week. So I have a problem that can not be resolved online or over the automated system and there is no way to speak to a person to find out why they are not allowing the bank to get my credit report. Experian is interring with my ability to establish credit.
