I am filing this complaint as my right under FCRA XXXX and fair credit and billings act have been violated for these XXXX accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX. I am requesting all XXXX credit bureaus to provide full validation and what give them the right to collect on this account? I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue by certified mail. There are numerous discrepancies on all XXXX bureaus as I see # of months for all three bureaus report to be different. I DO NOT RECOGNIZE. Please provide better explanation and proof so I can timely take care of. Additionally, I see this account as having a charge off so the balance is not accurate. As per FRCA law, all information must be accurate, no errors and verifiable. This is lacking in all three areas. Please direct the XXXX bureaus to conduct full investigation into this matter and not to use XXXX party vendors to purchase my information which I have opted out of. If they do, please provide the XXXX party vendors so I may contact them to see why they have violated the release of my personal information without my consent and especially when I have opted out.
