XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Subject : Disputing Information in Credit Report I am writing to dispute the following information that your company supplied to XXXX, Consumer Reporting Agency XXXX The information that I am disputing is false, and egregiously inaccurate, and it is causing me material financial harm, by hindering me from refinancing my current home loan mortgage! Your company XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported to XXXX that my previous home loan, which was held by Bayview Loan Servicing, was foreclosed on, vice sold to a 3rd party investor. I subsequently repurchased my home and I am still currently living in that home. I dispute the following information on my XXXX credit report : 1. There is an entry on my credit report under the other loans area, that was reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX, showing that my previous home loan was foreclosed on. This is patently false, as your companies name was not legally changed until XX/XX/XXXX. 2. There is a 2nd entry, that was accurately submitted by XXXX XXXX XXXX concerning my previous loan, stating the loan was paid in full, without any false information concerning foreclosure. 3. I have enclosed a copy of the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ; from XXXX XXXX XXXX showing that my previous mortgage loan was paid in full, and that the loan was in fact Satisfied, and the Lien was Released. In conclusion, I demand that your organization remove any reference to Community Loan Servicing, and its reporting that my previous loan foreclosed on, from my credit report ASAP. This is fraudulent due to the fact that your company did not change its name until XX/XX/XXXX. If the action that I request is not done ASAP, I will seek out a civil recourse, as this reporting is currently causing me material financial harm.
