I have been receiving XXXX since XXXX, I've been on XXXX since XXXX My XXXX Medical Bills have been covered since XXXX To this date I have reports on my credit score the XXXX major credit agencies won't remove saying it is too late to bill my insurance.. I submitted insurance information during the time of visit, I also have been part of a medical billing program that covers co-pay portions... I sent the information to the credit union, also to the XXXX hospitals billing department who issued the report.. To this date I still can't get the items removed even though I had valid insurance during the time of visit... This unfair reporting has caused me to continue getting denied for a home loan during a time my county is forcing my family to relocate due to property being bought for a new local jail... The damage of this unfair and inaccurate reporting is causing severe damage to the well-being of my children and family...
