I have sent a direct dispute via certified mail to the credit reporting agencies, TRANSUNION XXXX AND XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021. According to XXXX XXXX XXXX each furnisher must establish and implement reasonable procedures regarding the accuracy and integrity of the information relating to consumers that it furnishes to a consumer reporting agency. As the direct dispute ive submitted you can see that the furnishing companies are not reporting accurate information. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) states that any information contained in a consumer report regarding an account or other relationship with the furnisher that bears on the consumers creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity should be investigated ... .. considering it has been well over XXXX days, now XXXX days and the credit reporting agencies aren't looking into the matter, I demand the items to be updated on my credit report asap.
