XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX This doctors office did not run my claim through my insurance and then tried to bill me the full amount. We have repeatedly tried to get this corrected and it has since been sent to collections with Capital Accounts LLC for {$320.00}. This has destroyed my credit! They have told us multiple times they would cover the bill due to their own mistake for not running it through our insurance. They say they will email us with verification and never do. I informed the collector of this and they said they would email me which they never did. I have emails my husband sent to the doctors office explaining to them our case which weve taken every step to communicate with them and have been told multiple times it was taken care of and yet found out later it never was it is now in collections effecting my score. I am out of options I need this removed. I will reach out for legal help.
