On XXXX XXXX 2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX closed my account and refunded my initial XXXX deposit, and the balance on my credit account is still not reflecting this update. Also, they are reporting my balance inaccurately to multiple credit reporting agencies. On XXXX XXXX 2021 they sent me an incorrect billing statement as well. They are damaging my credit by not reporting the correct information, it is discouraging, and I do not agree with it.
