On XX/XX/XXXX you replied to me with the enclosed letter claiming that the bankruptcy was verified by XXXX Appalled by that information, I went directly to ( XXXX ) and in response to my inquiry they claim to have never VERIFIED the Bankruptcies with Transunion. I also have a email from ( LCI ) stating they did NOT provide Transunion with my Bankruptcy information. This would mean that the bankruptcies is by law considered XXXX. In XXXX, and XXXX Transunion used XXXX to verify Bankruptcies per TRANSUNIONS website both of my Bankruptcy were filed in XXXX, and XXXX. There is no way XXXX could of provided Transunion with this information. XXXX do NOT have any Bankruptcy for me in their system. XXXX attaching a letter form XXXX as well stating they do not have any Bankruptcies in their system for me. I AM AWARE, THE FCRA STATES THE FOLLOWING : A CRA must remove or correct inaccurate or unverified information from its files, usually within 30 days after you dispute it. However, the CRA is not required to remove accurate data from your file unless it is outdated ( as described below ) or can not be verified. I have enclosed the email from XXXX for your inspection, and a copy from Transunion website stating that they started using XXXX in XXXX, XXXX. Please DELETE both of the Bankruptcies from my credit reports as it is NOT verified!
