In XXXX of 2017 I called what I thought was XXXX XXXX, ( it turned out to be a company reselling XXXX XXXX ) I spoke with them for over an hour and they assured me that if I purchased XXXX XXXX that I would get every XXXX XXXX XXXX game at my house in Florida. XXXX was installed XXXX XXXX week of 2017 when I attempted to find the XXXX game it was not there. I called XXXX support ant the only way to watch it was on XXXX XXXX. So I spent the next 2 months trying to cancel the service and finally stopped payment with my credit card. I took to social media and it took 2 more months to get them to stop trying to collect money every month but they did. Now this company that is still trying to collect the {$340.00} dollars uses a different collection agency every year and this has been on my credit report every year since and I have to go through this process to clear it up. There has to be some law against using a different collection agency every year and having this reappear on my credit report. Does this ever end?
