I received a notice from my mortgage company that I didn't have a homeowners policy in force. I responded with the attached letter dated XX/XX/2021. I recently received a notice from the insurance company that the insurance hasn't been paid and offered a payment plan ( see attached ) I also have attached the proof that Penny Mac has collected thousands from us.
