I am XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint by myself and there is no third party involved. I XXXX XXXX is a consumer, natural person and the original creditor and I know my rights. As a consumer I have the right to privacy and no third party has my permissible purpose to put anything on my consumer report. This is a violation/s Pursuant to FCRA 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) and 15 USC 1692a XXXX By reporting any payment history and transactional history without my permissible purpose Equifax is found to have violated 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ). As a consumer, natural person and original creditor, I will exercise my rights and pursue ANY damages incurred for willful noncompliance and negligence on behalf of Equifax. Equifax does not have my permission to report any of my PRIVATE business from my creditors on my consumer report. Below are a list of accounts and inquiries I have in fact NOT given written consent to Equifax to furnish.
