Experian has violated my right under the FCR, FTC and Fair credit and billing act by inaccurate reporting on my Experian credit report. DISPUTED ACCOUNT XXXX XXXX XXXX {$18000.00} Account numberXXXX Closed ( For your reference this case has been closed so why is it still on my credit report. Because of this inaccurate reporting you have hampered my financial future in obtaining financial readiness. Please delete this immediately. ) As a father, I take this seriously. My child is XXXX yrs of age and I am still paying {$200.00} per month to help my children. By law I know all information on the credit report must be 100 % accurate, with no errors and must be verifiable. I know these information are not correct. Please delete this immediately. I am currently working with CFPB to request their assistance in this matter. I wish to see the original sources of the information reported including, but not limited to, the original contract or agreement with my signature. If you cant provide me with this information, please remove the accounts immediately as neither your agency nor I can verify that they are reported accurately. Please do not send back to me as its Factual or Updated. This is not proper in the investigative process. Please provide the name and phone number to person your bureau has spoken with. I have requested the credit bureau to correct their mistake. Please see attached letter.
