I paid off the XXXX dollar debt o XX/XX/2021 I filed a dispute with equifax that the account was closed on XX/XX/2021 on XX/XX/2021 equifax concluded its investigation stating the company verified the information. That can not be plausible nor possible if equifax actually contacted the company after XX/XX/2021 because they would've said the account has been settled and is closed. That shows equifax doesn't actually investigate adequately nor accurately.
