I became a victim of identity theft couple of years ago. After that incident I have noticed many incorrect and unauthorized items appeared in my report. So, I am requesting that you delete all the following INQUIRIES from my credit report immediately. They are a result of ID theft. Beside these items, I also want to delete incorrect names and addresses also. I never used these names and never lived in these addresses. Please remove these items which are not authorized by me as soon as possible.
