XXXX XXXX has violated my consumer rights reporting information that is obsoelete and degrading my character and rights i have never authorized XXXX XXXX to report anything to any credit agencies so with that being said under the XXXX that is most definitely viloating my rights nor have i did business with these creditosr i have reached out to the companies demanding to remove these accounts and i have sent XXXX demand letters im now filing a class action law suit against XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and transunion, XXXX XXXXwas sent a police report which was denied they stated i need a new police report which is not truei only need one which the one i provided as of XXXXall companies has been violating my consumer rights and reporting obsolete information i also gave XXXX a demand letter demanding to remove fraudulent accounts they did not complete a verified investigation nor did they provide me any proof of how the fraudulent accounts verified this now has been referred as a civil lawsuit
