I started asking for reinvestigation on accounts in XX/XX/XXXX and I received a letter on XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX of the accounts that I told was not my accounts was deleted. I spoke with a consumer law professor and he told me to send it again and i did but nothing changed. I have been reporting these same accounts since XXXX and it is now XX/XX/XXXX and they are still reporting the accounts. I also filed an identity theft report with the FTC and also sent the XXXX a signed FTC report which was notarized and mailed first class mail, certified return receipt. The company then sent me a letter saying that I need a police report but XXXX XXXX ( A ) states provide FTC Identity XXXX Report, Identification, and confirmation from the consumer that said accounts resulted from identity theft and that one doesn't assume or accept responsibility. So now it's clear that they are continuously violating my consumer rights. In XXXX they sent a letter that said that they couldn't verify my identity and asked for the same identification that was sent and the next day I received a letter and email telling me that they verified the accounts. So you verified the accounts after you stated you couldn't verify me, The XXXX, natural breathing person, and XXXX XXXX? That alone makes no sense.
