I have tried everything to resolve the issue from writing Hyundai capital a letter to calling to disputing the issue with the bureaus but nothing has worked as they are refusing to acknowledge my request the manager at Hyundai capital laughed at my concerned and said i would never be able to remove the remark as they say was reported correctly the issue is that it was NOT i paid my lease every mo the on time they failed to report an excise bill and too the money from my monthly hill to pay the excise bill when confronted why they shared that it was a system issue they have and was processed that way
