XX/XX/XXXX XXXX bank pulled XXXX and XXXX 's XXXX credit file without our consent. They admitted their mistake via letter that I will up load. We were in the process of refinancing XXXX rental properties. We had to stop that process due to the unauthorized credit pull and sell the properties. The harm Caused is outlined in the law site that was filed on XX/XX/XXXX. we have incurred over XXXX in attorneys fees. The Bank still holds on the opinion that there was no harm and to this day they have still not removed the illegal authorizations. Our XXXX asked us to hire a credit expert to do a deep dive into our credit and he has provided the report. We are scheduled to appear in federal court in California in XXXX of XXXX. I will attach copies of both lawsuits tto this complaint.
