I have written to this company Ad Astra Recovery Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KS XXXX ( XXXX ) and have personally spoken with " XXXX '' Employee number -XXXX at XXXX XXXX and spoke for XXXX minutes and XXXX seconds about validating and verifying the dept prior to moving forward. He refused and told me to take the deal I was given and lucky to get. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor and then said, " he was done, and any deal he was giving us was taken off the table. '' Not only was this conversation and his demeanor unprofessional, but it was also insulting and unbecoming. Instead of de-escalating the conversation, he continued to elevate the hostility and add gas to the fire. XXXX days have passed with for the official request for verification and validation. I requested to see all pertinent documents and they have not sent anything i have requested. My next move is to take this to FDIC and also to my state attorney 's office to file a complaint.
