On or around XX/XX/2021, I disputed inquiries from XXXX XXXX Auto Finance ( XX/XX/2021 ), XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/2021 ), The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/2021 ), and Capital XXXX ( XX/XX/2021 ) with TransUnion to no avail as evidenced by the return receipt. In addition, I contacted the creditors via written correspondence as evidenced by the return receipts, and they could not verify that I completed an application with them. TransUnion failed to investigate this matter or show me any proof illustrating that these creditors had a permissible purpose to access my credit file ; and as a result, my credit has been adversely impacted. TransUnion failed to confirm that the above referenced creditors had a permissible purpose to access my credit file. In fact, I previously disputed an inquiry that TransUnion allegedly verified, but the company, XXXX XXXX, communicated that it was an error and it would be removed as illustrated by the enclosed.
