On XX/XX/2021 I contacted Equifax for the second time via phone for a status update regarding some recent disputes that were submitted. Upon speaking with the dispute agent, I was informed that one of the six inquiries would be removed, but that I would need to submit a FTC REPORT in order to have the others removed. I asked the representative to provide me with the information that would be needed, and they said to just lift the inquiries and fax the report back with identification. I did this the same day. On the XXXX, of XXXX I called to follow up again regarding the FTC REPORT that I had previously submitted on the XXXX of XXXX. At which point I was told that it was an internal policy that was in place at Equifax, by XXXX XXXX XXXX ), to not prizes any FTC REPORT that didnt include a date for disputes, and that it was not to be made public information.
