My lawyer and I have provided countless documentation to correct the issue and as of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX the issue has not been resolved. Request this matter be escalated to management to correct this issue. PHH is the second mortgage to this property. I provided XXXX XXXX ( primary ) mortgage to this property the same information 5 weeks ago and they resolved the issue in one week. This says a lot Request this update be elevated to correct issue. The attachments provide details of what needs to be corrected. Also sent additional documentation on at least four other occasion.
