I asked you to disclose your method of verification on the alleged XXXX you are reporting. You then replied to me with the enclosed Notfication claiming that the XXXX was verified by the XXXX Courts. Appalled by that information, I went directly to XXXX Courts and in response to my inquiry they claim to have never verified this item with you and provided me the enclosed letter. This would mean this XXXX is by law considered UNVERIFIED. I AM AWARE, THE FCRA STATES THE FOLLOWING : A CRA must remove or correct inaccurate or unverified information from its files, usually within 30 days after you dispute it. However, the CRA is not required to remove accurate data from your file unless it is outdated or can not be verified. I have enclosed the Court letter for your inspection. Please DELETE this item from my credit reports as it is NOT verified! The XXXX and XXXX XXXX VERIFYING THIS INFO IS NOT RECOGNIZED AS PROPER VALIDATION! Please send me an updated copy of my report once the XXXX is DELETED.
