Hello there. I am writing about a debt that is not mine. I am not alone on this matter as many XXXX drivers who leased a car from a company called XXXX XXXX is getting debt collection letters from a debt collection agency named RPM ( Receivables Performance Management ). I leased a car from this company starting in the Spring of XXXX and returned the car XX/XX/XXXX. Sometime around early XXXX, XXXX XXXX contracts and portfolios were sold to a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. They took over the leases from XXXX XXXX. I have always paid my leasing fees ON TIME and in a timely manner. Now, suddenly after a little over 3 years of returning the car I get a very mysterious debt of {$4200.00}. On the Debt collection letter, it states that the Current Creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Original Creditor listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. I already sent a dispute letter to RPM. As for XXXX XXXX XXXX, fraud or accounting negligence ( or maybe both ) must of occurred once XXXX XXXX was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I satisfied the contract to XXXX and believe that RPM 's bill is based on bad information. So, the XXXX big players here that should be looked into are : Receivables Performance Management , LLC ( Debt Collector ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( Creditor ) Fair Acquisition, XXXX ( Leasing Company When Car Was Returned )
