Equifax was hacked. They exposed my personal information. When I filed a claim they took exception and now have hosed my personal credit score and are keeping it artificially low. Nothing I do including paying off ALL my credit card debt several months ago has increased my score with equifax to where it should be. Even as a I write this they list my score in the XXXXs whereas XXXX has reported far more accurately during this whole time and has my score over XXXX. ( I recently got two new cards so a drop was expected on my part ) but over XXXX points by equifax is beyond the pale. At one point XXXX weeks ago my scores were excellent ( over XXXX ). Complaining to equifax is just not going to do anything for me since even you must know large companies just squish people like me and dont care about us at all. They dont care how their acts cause any human to suffer instead of making some effort to help after they allowed my info to be stolen and traded on the dark web they just treated me like XXXX. Filing a law suit is just out since without access to some unrecoverable internal communication it would go no where and just cost me money I cant afford.
