I lost my job due to my XXXX and I could not pay my auto loan since XXXX. According to my credit report the loan are still active. XX/XX/XXXX the account was opened and is purchase in MN from XXXX XXXX. According to MN the statue of limitation for auto loan debt is XXXX years and XXXX keeps reporting it as a current loan and it keep saying derogatory. I am still disable and trying to catch up and pay my old bill, I have not been driving a car since XXXX when the credit company keeps reporting negative feed back from my history. From XXXX my credit is score is XXXX and currently have XXXX and trying to rebuild my credit to get myself a car for my transportation to get better for my XXXX. I do not know what to do anymore.
