On XX/XX/2021 there were two withdrawls made from my personal checking account in the amount of {$2500.00} each in two seperate areas in Florida. I live in XXXX Arizona and was not in Florida during the time the money was taken from my account. Wells Fargo did not notify me of any suspicious activity. I noticed the activity on my account and notified Wells Fargo of the withdrawls made and a claim was established. Since that time multiple claims regarding the same issue have been submitted and all claims have been denied by Wells Fargo with them saying there was nothing else they could do for me and suggested I contact the sheriff 's departments. I then contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Neither of the sheriff 's departments were able to help me recover my funds. I did receive a suspicious email saying a card was added to my XXXX XXXX, but I am unaware of what that is. At no time in my life have I ever given another person my personal information or been irresponsible with it. I have been trying to get my money back for months now with no help from Wells Fargo.
