Previous complaint : XXXX ... .was not resolved. When I thought all was good. Account was re-opened. Sent my ID, email and current address. It stayed open maybe two weeks or so before it happened again. I firmly believe the hack was inside job. Only way to get any resolution is through email. Chime denied my dispute of returning {$400.00} of my money. If I did not have any access to my account during the the time of the hack. How in the XXXX can I use it make purchases? And why would I. I have an Android not an XXXX. Chime closed the checking and XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card which damaged my credit without my knowledge. My balance was negative, in a Spot Me feature Chime gives as an Overdraft cushion. They knew I pay it back every pay day.
