I inquired about XXXX internet and applied to have to services installed to my home. At the time I was living inside an apartment complex with that has duplicate address on each side. I put in the current address for my residence which was located on the east side of the complex and XXXX installed the internet services to the west side of the building complex ultimately making it inoperable for my unit. I reached out to XXXX and had a tech sent out which is who diagnosed the ultimate problem of the services at the wrong unit but also advised the technician that ultimately we would just be cancelling the services as we weren't able to use them at all the tech understood and agreed to collect the equipment. Later I see a collection on my account for {$200.00} referencing a charge from XXXX after never receiving and cancelling services.
