Experian, XXXX is verifying a bankruptcy falsely. Companies have been verifying through thrid party agencies in which XXXX XXXX have sent myself and each reporting agency copies of my report verifying that i have no bankruptcy. I also have documents directly from court house. My question is who is holding these credit agencies responsible when they break these laws in place. FCRA laws every consumer reporting agency must have the written consent of the consumer to furnish information and they do not have any written consent form me to furnish anything to their systems this problem keeps gettin ignored despite my evidence being presented which in turn s make me resubmite everytime it gets closed out.
