I can not believe that I am dealing with this again. Today I received a push notification that my credit file had a change. I found a collection account in the amount of {$170.00}. I knew it sounded familiar. Soon I found out that the customer of the collection agency is XXXX XXXX. I used to have internet and cable with XXXX. When I switched to a company who actually provides the services that I pay for, my XXXX account was paid in full. In XXXX of 2021 I had the same thing happen to me. I was never notified by XXXX, nor by XXXX XXXX XXXX of a debt, yet I received a collection account on my credit files. I repeatedly attempted to deal with them to no avail. I then filed a complaint with your agency and you made them remove the collection account from my file. Now the same false debt from XXXX is on my files as a collection account with a different collection agency- Williams and Fudge I. How does this debt continue to haunt me when I owe XXXX nothing? Will you please make Williams and Fudge I remove the false collection account from my credit files? Will you please make XXXX XXXX stop harassing me? I am including my complaint and resolution from earlier this year. I thank you for defending me and I appreciate the service you have already provided to me.
