In XXXX I attended XXXX XXXX XXXX to obtain my XXXX licensure XXXX XXXX, Florida. The student aide dept there obtained funding for my program and I signed for the loans. I had very little understanding of the process & or lender. I, obtained myXX/XX/XXXX license and worked in the field for XXXXyrs after as a XX/XX/XXXX In XXXX, I went back to school to obtain my XXXX. In my XXXXrd year I was hindered by the inability to procure loans for school. In XXXX, I entered a loan rehabilitation program to rehabilitate my student loans ( all defaulted loans ) I enrolled in XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and have been attending since that time. Having received my default clearance letter due to loans rehabilitation completion. Since, XXXX of XXXX the debt collection company continues to report and actively seek payment on debts they claim I owe. They refuse to remove incorrect remarks from credit reports and incorrect reports from XXXX XXXX as Dept of Education has provided should be done due to the umbrella loans into rehabilitation and the XXXX XXXX reporting regulations. I have no knowledge of ever entering into any agreement with ECMC as a loan servicer in XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX license or any other degree. Yet, the company continues to cause detriment to my credit rating and harase for payments I do not believe are owed through this last two years ; while I have been attending XX/XX/XXXXas a full timeXX/XX/XXXXXXXX.
