involve in the process. This account is inaccurately and erroneously reporting. Your remark says that it falls to a charge off account while the balnce is already 0. There is no payment history also that shows a 120 days past due for this account. Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out tothe 3 Credit Bureaus but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern. Please investigate and remove it from my personal credit file.
