Gemini Trust Company LLC. I registered an account with them to trade crypto currency. I deposited money bought XXXX. When I wanted to withdraw XXXX they deactivated my account and Support not responding to email. Upon opening I was asked to verify which I did and I got a notification that I have now been verified. Next is to start trading. So I went ahead and bought some XX/XX/XXXXIt was successful and it said I have to wait for 24hrs to withdraw. After 24hrs I tried to that was when it said XXXX app is less than 72hrs old. I waited for 72hrs. Then I tried to withdraw. Then I kept getting error that Im restricted I emailed support. I got an auto reply that I should upload a picture for verification. Which i did, no respond from any member on the team. I kept emailing for 4 days. No reply. I opened another ticket. They sent me the same annoying message that I should upload a pic of my id and a paper with some instructions. I did that too. No respond. I emailed support again. No respond and my money is still stuck in the account that is frozen yet, they wont review the Picture I was told to Upload neither will they verify and take restrictions off of my account so I can start trading or take away my
