I sent a letter to this company, WELLS FARGO XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/2021 to cease and desist communication with me. They replied saying they would cease communication in regards to " account ending in XXXX ''. However even after receiving this letter they have harassing me by calling me at all hours of the day and stressing me out. They are continuing to communicate to the credit reporting agencies and damaging my reputation. I never gave this company permission in any form to communicate with me. Yet they still are communicating to the credit reporting agencies and both directly and indirectly communicating with me. I stated in my Cease & Desist letter that I did not authorize them to do so. It has been very stressful for me because I'm in the process of purchasing a home and this account on my credit report is not legally suppose to be there. The FCRA has afforded me legal protections from predatory companies like WELLS FARGO XXXX XXXX and I would like them to follow the law and remove this account from any and all credit report agencies.
