Consumer Narrative
According to Acima Credit in my last complaint I submitted the cfpb Acima Credit stated that laws under 15 USC 1692 does not apply to them but according to federal regulations the only sellers exempt are Contracts before XX/XX/1977 16 CFR 433.3 - Exemption of sellers taking or receiving open end consumer credit contracts before XX/XX/1977 from requirements of 433.2 ( a ). and they are indeed in violation of the laws I stated in previous complaint in my affidavit also they are still reporting after I sent in a cease and desist through all mediums including consumer reports
