back ground check complaint against sterling so they created PRE-ADVERSE ACTION NOTIFICATION which states i dont have education and being denied employment because i dont have education where i have emailed from XXXX confirming that they submitted my XXXX XXXX to the background check they included my XXXX XXXX to the background check, which XXXX sat on my XXXX XXXX for more than two months where sterling got my XXXX XXXX before they produced the background check because i spoke with the guy who did my background check who said adding my XXXX XXXX to this background check takes him a minute but if he adds my XXXX XXXX, the person who took my job offer and replaced me will loose his chance in my job offer.its like this guy screamed as its ok to lie on my background check for this person to be able to replace me and yank the job offer. and take the job offer. and yet that guy from sterling refused to add my XXXX XXXX to the background check as much i asked repeatedly yet he asked me to add my employment history to the background check without the need to get a request from XXXX but he rejected with prejudice to add my XXXX XXXX to the background check. yet now sterling still refuse to add my XXXX XXXX while they had copy of it i sent it multiple times. and i also noticed they say my XXXX XXXX is completed yet they posted completed and yet on another field they posted enrollment not degree. yet they also claim they are so accurate they listed XXXX XXXX without even word master or bachelor as style of hate and racial style to reflect me as someone without education where XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX two years. its like they listed XXXX XXXX in very ugly style, as i was on XXXX XXXX without seeking any program or degree. so summary PRE-ADVERSE ACTION NOTIFICATION i want to be removed becuase it was based on the lie i dont have education so yes XXXX from sterling XXXX woman with close relation ship with XXXX where she refuse to give me my basic rights and delete this report of sterling its like she update the report with same hate and discriminations refusing to remove PRE-ADVERSE ACTION NOTIFICATION ( for the next employer to read ) where it says i got denied employment because i dont have education where next employer will read her hate as stamp on my credit report yet i receive XXXX calls who scars me in order to not ask for my rights weird disturbing calls, as XXXX have rights to lie on my background check tuff callers and i dont. where yes XXXX should follow best practice by not lying on our background check so the time cfpb sent ftc my complaints i got disturbing calls and when ever any activity for such matter i receive weird calls. so please dispute sterling background report and ask someone else handle this other than XXXX XXXX XXXX this woman is XXXX and not following the guide lines very tuff and twisted. so yes if sterling say they cant remove PRE-ADVERSE ACTION NOTIFICATION please enforce it and just rip such abuse remove and destroy this full background check. its like they say they acurate have them stamp their error too and the date of update their errors ( its like why they dont add the date for such event too ) please its hate act from their client XXXX where blindly XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX orders from them
