Received email notice XX/XX/2021 with attached document. Address listed was one from nine years ago ( for my husband ) and mine was from over a year ago. We responded to the email XX/XX/2021 noting that we have tried to contact them with the provided phone numbers. Each number automatically disconnects when the caller follows the prompts to speak to representative or an operator. They responded with the same phone number. I responded XX/XX/2021 with another request to speak with a representative to resolve the issue. I received an email from another individaul with the same useless phone number. I have provided an updated address and called the following numbers within listed business hours with no success. Some numbers have been tried multiple times. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am trying to reach someone because I have concerns about the validity of this debt. I am unable to and am concerned this will put me at a extreme disadvanatge in the years to come.
