XX/XX/2021 I filed a fraud disput with school first because I was cheated by the XXXX XXXX XXXXy who charged me for the service repair tgey never provided After all this time on XX/XX/2021 I received a letter that Schoolsfirst wants a proof of I paid a fee for the service which its {$150.00} XXXX email and the fax number doesnt work and they arent helping at all after all this time not only they failed to resolve now tgey caused me extra head ache This past Sunday I fell and broke my knee and my husband is out of country I am by my self and cant drive School first thinks I made all this up and disregard my saying that email they gave me wont go So without resolving my issue after 6 month they took XXXX {$150.00} out of my account
