I am told today speaking to XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX and that he received my fax of the XXXX XXXX deed and XXXX deed that I told him each appeared to be by XXXX XXXX and he agreed. Then I told him this is my loan and that I were conned by XXXX XXXX to move out around XX/XX/2008 and that one of his visits that he claim that he purchased the house for XXXX from XXXX XXXX he called the XXXX Police whom have since investigated and were produced an XXXX contract. I told him that XXXX is my XXXX loan and he said this is XXXX XXXX, I SAID I KNOW BUT XXXX XXXX SAYS HE BOUGHT THIS HOUSE FROM XXXX XXXX A LIE. Mr. XXXX was aware and I told him the one thing I have asked them for a XXXX times are the transaction and the title in which no one can produce including their attorney XXXX XXXX sent me by email that all the Judges prior decisions are the clear title. Mr. XXXX said that YES, XXXX XXXX has the clear title and we can't proceed on any transaction without clear title. I said well I been begging your clients to see the clear title and transaction and they all say that the XXXX deed is the clear title. You said the you don't agree with that and that you will mail me this evidence clear title and proof of the transaction before XX/XX/2008. I ask you could you also send copies of this to my complaints to the XXXX # XXXX and XXXX # XXXX AND YOU SAID THAT YOU WOULD.
