Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I have filed a number of disputes regarding my students loans on the XXXX credit report. Ive also contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding this issue and theyve reported in writing that there arent any disputes in their systems on my account. The initial dispute was filed to get the payment amounts updated. Once this information was updated correctly I was informed by a CSR that I would need to file another dispute to requesting the removal of the dispute language found in the comments/remarks section of my credit report. The dispute language has continually caused me to be denied for home loans resulting in more inquiries on my report. I have contacted Transunion and XXXX several times and they cant seem to solve this issue properly. I need this information corrected so that I wont be denied again.
